Rio Barrett received conventional equestrian training until her thirties when she witnessed a demonstration by Pat Parelli. She sailed through all levels of their examinations, becoming one of his top instructors. She has now branched out, developing her own training system which is proving very successful. Very worthwhile reference book. Complementary to those that have done at little bit of horsemanship/ground work before, or are new to this method of working with your horse. Well written, set-out with excellent drawings for each exercise. Just wished there was a sequel! Good value for money.
