She is the author of Crossing Between Worlds: The Navajo of Canyon de Chelly and the coauthor of Uprising of Hope: Sharing the Zapatista Journey to Alternative Development. Katherine O'Donnell is a professor of sociology at Hartwick College and the author of Weaving Transnational Solidarity: From the Catskills to Chiapas and Beyond. June Nash is a Distinguished Professor emerita of anthropology at the City University of New York. Her most recent book is Mayan Visions: The Quest for Autonomy in an Age of Globalization.
