About the Author

Tracy Hogg cared for babies and their families for over 24 years. In 1993 she moved to the US, where her uncanny ability to understand and calm babies led to her nickname 'The Baby Whisperer'. Melinda Blau is an award-winning writer specialising in family and health topics. She is the author of seven other books and countless magazine articles and is the mother of two grown-up children.

This is the best book I have read on all aspects of raising a baby through to toddlerhood and I have read a LOT of books. Tracey has a very middle of the road approach. I liked her common sense attitude and she has lots of tips to problem solve lots of different problems with babies. Her EASY program makes total sense and gives you a loose routine to get your baby on so they know what to expect in their day next.

Reading her book made me feel not alone, which is a common feeling with a newborn. I liked her the best because she gets you to get to know YOUR baby and read their cues and cries etc which is fantastic, as all babies don't fit into one mould.

Highly recommend this book to any parents!
