About the Author

Helan Pearce is an accomplished embroiderer, who teaches all around Australia. She enjoys developing new designs and techniques to make her work interesting and unique. Helan also embellishes wedding dresses and bridal accessories, specialising in embroidery and beading for a well-known Australian couturier. Helan has an immense love of colour and this plays a critical part in her designs. She has also contributed to articles and projects in a number of craft magazines.

With 14 projects, all of which are highly decorative and detailed, this book is perfect for someone more advanced, or simply very adventurous. With intensive, detailed instructions we thought this book may be off-putting for a complete beginner, but just what many others are looking for.
