About the Author

A.D. Jankowicz PhD, C Psych is Reader in Management at the University of Teeside, UK, and Director of the Central and Eastern European Research Centre at the Business School. He has over twenty years' experience of supervision of management projects at undergraduate, postgraduate and post-experience level.
