Jenny Carlyon (Author)
Jenny Carlyon has a PhD in History from the University of Auckland
and the French qualification Licence d'histoire (equivalent to a
BA.) She has worked as a teacher and as a researcher/writer for
major corporates, run a small business, and is now a professional
historian. She and Diana Morrow are the authors of Urban Village-
The Story of Ponsonby, Freemans Bay and St. Mary's Bay, (2008); A
Fine Prospect- A History of Remuera, Meadowbank and St. Johns
(2011) and Changing Times, New Zealand Since 1945 (2013).
Diana Morrow (Author)
Dr Diana Morrow is a professional historian and the co author of
two earlier books for Random House New Zealand- Urban Village and A
Fine Prospect.
