About the Author

Amanda Perry grew up in the beautiful state of West Virginia. She first began writing when she was in the second grade, after her grandfather was killed in a terrible car accident. It wasn't until she reached her mid-twenties, though, that she began writing about her experiences in her life. She had always wanted to help people, and she realized that by sharing her writing, she could do just that. What inspires Amanda to write is her faith in God and her journey as she passes through this life. Her writing is all based on real experiences and what God has laid on her heart to share with the readers. Amanda is the very proud mother of one very beautiful five-year-old little girl whom she named Serenity Leigh. Her daughter inspires all that she does and brings her permanent joy and light in this ever-darkening world. Amanda adores being a mother and thanks God every day for her growing daughter. Amanda uses her writing to draw closer to the Lord, that through her work she might worship and praise Jesus Christ for all He has done and is doing in her life.
