Elizabeth Felter is a National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Digital Coast Fellow working on behalf of the American Planning Association and the Coastal States Organization in Washington, D.C. Previously, she worked at a geospatial information systems consulting firm and at urban planning and policy think tanks in Chicago and San Francisco. Felter holds a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a master's degree in urban planning and policy from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
