Peter H. Emmons is president of Structural Preservation Systems, Inc., the nation's largest dedicated concrete repair contractor, headquartered in Baltimore, MD. Mr. Emmons holds a degree in civil engineering from the University of Maryland, has over 20 years experience in structural concrete repair, and has been involved with over 3,000 concrete repair projects. He is the author of many articles and publications and is a member of the board of directors and chairman of the Technical Guideline Committee for the International Association of Concrete Repair Specialists. He is also an active member of the American Concrete Institute.
