JULIE COVE (CNP) is a certified holistic nutritionist and plant-based cook. After suffering debilitating back pain, Julie educated herself on the alkaline lifestyle and healed herself from the inside out. Now she regularly shares her alkaline recipes and dietary wisdom on her blog, www.AlkalineSister.com, and teaches nutrition workshops and seminars from her studio on the west coast of Canada. Julie's recipes and writing have also been published in magazines and elsewhere online. A former interior designer and retail shop owner, she is a talented stylist and photographer.
