About the Author

Todd Slaughter has been President of the Elvis Presley Fan Club of Great Britain since 1967. Originally a mechanical engineer by trade, Slaughter has written articles for Elvis Monthly and now runs Elvis and Friends, a London memorabilia shop dedicated to Elvis Presley. The Elvis Archives, written and compiled with Anne E Nixon, is his first book. Anne E Nixon is an Elvis researcher and writer for Elvis Monthly who attended 40 of Elvis' Las Vegas performances between 1972 and 1976. She has authored two books on Elvis, King of the Hilton: Memories of Elvis Presley's Las Vegas and Elvis: Ten Years After.
