About the Author
"Debbie Brown" is an accomplished cake decorator, author, and teacher who started her career making imaginative birthday cakes for her own three children. She is the author of several other best-selling cake decorating books.
These cakes are more difficult than those in some other cake decorating books I have seen but the instructions are surprisingly easy to follow - definately making the cakes easier than they look! These cakes will really make your childs party extra special, the kids will remember the fabulous cake for years! A great book.
although i haven't had time to make any of these cakes the instruction seem easy enough to follow

If you could have a book that instulls confidence and offers inspriring ideas this would be the book. As i am new to cake decorating i have found this book to inclued lots of techneques i am sure i will use again and again.
i really liked this book. it was fantastic to look at all the beatiful designs, and i thought that the cakes were wonderfully creative and all so amazing! although i am not so much into cooking myself, i found merely looking at the incredible pictures enjoyable enough, as i am sure that many of you would also.
If you ever wanted to create a true party centrepiece, then this book will help you to achieve it. The photographs are truly inspirational and the techniques are clearly demonstrated. Debbie Brown has an unlimited amount of patience to turn sugar paste into delightful creations. Nothing seems impossible. If cake decorating is your passion, then this book comes highly recommended. Another great book by an extremely talented cake artist.
