P. Singh is currently serving as Reader, School of Environmental Sciences, B.B. Ambedkar University, Lucknow. He obtained his B.Sc. (Life Sciences) degree from Gorakhpur University, M.Sc. (Botany) degree from M.S. University, Baroda and Ph.D. (Botany) from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi. He had served as Lecturer in Microbiology (1988-93) in Bhopal University, Bhopal and Reader in Microbiology (1994-97) in RML Avadh University, Faizabad. He received Prof. Hiralal Chakravarty Award from Indian Science Congress in 1996. S.K. Dwivedi obtained his M.Sc. degree (Botany) from Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur and Ph.D. degree in Botany from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. Presently, he is a lecturer in the Department of Environmental Science, B.B. Ambedkar University, Lucknow. He has about 18 years of research experience and 10 years of teaching experience of both Undergraduate and Postgraduate classes. His field of specialization is environmental microbiology and biotechnology. Dr. Dwivedi has published more than 40 research papers in the national and international journal of repute.
