Michael Mallory is an internationally recognized authority on 20th-century pop culture. He is the author of Universal Studios Monsters: A Legacy of Horror, X-Men: The Characters and Their Universe, and The Science Fiction Universe . . . and Beyond, among other books, and more than 700 newspaper, magazine, and online articles about film and animation. Mallory has also contributed commentaries for major studio DVD sets.
