About the Author

Susan Ceklosky is a weight loss coach with Positively Fit U and a National Level Figure competitor. As a young entrepreneur, Susan opened one of the first Curves Fitness Centers in the US, a club that is still thriving today. Her bachelor's degree in nutrition is from Penn State University, where she minored in kinesiology. Her health coach certification comes from Cleveland Clinic. Susan is passionate about helping her clients boost their metabolism, lose weight and reclaim their energy. She lives in western Pennsylvania with her husband and two young sons.
