About the Author

Dave, his wife Ange, and their family, have lived and worked in intentional communities with marginalised groups of people in Australia, Afghanistan, Pakistan, India and Nepal for more than thirty years. He now lives in a large joint household with his wife, children, grandchildren and others in an inner city community in Brisbane, Australia. CHARLES R. RINGMA has written many books on Christian; spirituality including Dare to Journey with Henri Nouwen, Seek the Silences with Thomas Merton, and Seize the Day (with Dietrich Bonhoeffer): A 365-Day Devotional. Recently retired as professor of mission studies at Regent College, Vancouver, Ringma continues writing and teaching all over the world.
