About the Author

Wendy Anne Lake, was born and raised in Lancashire and now lives in a pretty little country village in Kent. Apart from loving to write, Wendy is also an avid reader. She loves quiz games, crosswords, ballroom dancing and watching sport, especially cricket. Having worked with the C.I.D., her secretarial studies led her into research and development. She has worked mainly with men and has obviously been the butt of many a leg pull, but normally gives as good as she gets. Her family and close friends are important to her, but all recognise her need to write and hopefully express her inner most thoughts.
