The Doha Round is at yet another critical juncture. Failure to conclude the round would not imply the demise of either the multilateral trading regime, though it will take a knock, nor of the WTO. And in the post-DDA world, negotiators and officials will look for lessons to be drawn from the protracted process that unfolded since Doha was launched.
