Reviews

"A luminous contemplation of love both secular and sacred. Translated into English by Lori Marie Carlson and with illustrations by Chilean painter Ramón Levil, . . . this story of a reencounter between childhood lovers is a feast for the senses, capturing all the light, color, tastes, and sounds of the original Spanish."--Eileen Mary O'Connor "Literal" (11/1/2010 12:00:00 AM)

"Recommended for libraries and bookstores with a strong Judaic or poetry collection."-- "Library Journal" (4/15/2010 12:00:00 AM)
