Cartoonist RUPERT FAWCETT began creating cartoons with a specific
dog theme in response to a request from a greetings card
manufacturer. Rupert set himself the challenge of drawing a new
cartoon every day and Off the Leash was born and is now a worldwide
phenomenon.
