Dr. Harbhajan Singh Kehal has recently retired from the position of Senior Lecturer in Economics from the University of Western Sydney, Blacktown Campus, New South Wales, Australia. He has a Ph.D. from the University of Western Australia. Varinder Pal Singh holds a masters in commerce from the University of Western Sydney, Australia, where he currently teaches.
