About the Author

Gerd Schwarz completed his studies at WHU, University of St. Gallen, University of Chicago, Northwestern University and Harvard University. He is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at the Nottingham University Business School China, External Lecturer at Copenhagen Business School and Fellow at Harvard University, where he was awarded a Dean's Award for Excellence.
