About the Author

Deanna M. Minich, Ph.D., C.N., is a nutritional educator, researcher, and clinician. Her Nutrition for the Soul workshop series has been taught at medical clinics in the Pacific Northwest. She is currently the director of new product development at a well-known dietary supplement company.
