About the Author

Adam Foulds was named Sunday Times Young Writer of the Year in 2008. He is the author of the novel The Truth About These Strange Times, as well as the narrative poem The Broken Word, which won the John Llewellyn Rhys Prize the 2008 Costa Poetry Award. He lives in London. Colin Moody's acting credits extend across the theatre stage, small screen and silver screen. Assuming leading roles in numerous productions for companies such as the Sydney Theatre Company and the Melbourne Theatre Company, his theatre work includes Cruel and Tender, The Crucible, Great Expectations and Angels in America. He has appeared in television dramas such as Something in the Air, Stingers and The Flying Doctors, and his film credits include Road to Alice, Escape from Absolom and The Wayfarers.
