After eleven years with Deloitte Consulting she decided to leave in the year she was up for Partner, and joined Aon Consulting as a Senior Vice President. After Aon, Daniella founded two successful companies. Ovation Global Strategies assists corporations with complex transformational change initiatives, and Daniella Levitt Enterprises focuses on development and advancement of women in the workplacespecifically leveraging strategies around risk taking and cross-generational collaboration.
