Dr. Uma Narang is currently Associate Professor, Department of Commerce, Post-graduate Government College, Chandigarh. She did her M.Com. and Ph.D. from Panjab University, Chandigarh. With teaching experience of 17 years, she has published more than 15 papers in reputed national and international journals. She also has 2 books to her credit in the areas of accounting and micro credit institutions. She has participated and presented more than 22 papers at various national and international conferences/seminars. Her areas of academic interest include accounting, insurance and human resources management.
