About the Author

Christine Porter is an international quilt teacher and author. She travels the world teaching, lecturing and judging. In 2010 Christine was presented with the prestigious Amy Emms Award for Services to British Quilting and has won awards for her quilts in Britain and the USA. She has featured on 'The Quilt Show' with Alex Anderson and Ricky Tims, and writes for several UK and US quilting magazines. Christine Porter has previously written five quilting books (two co-authored with Darra Williamson) and four DVDs.
