The ‘runs’ it describes include the official routes that attract so many cyclists: the trails (Lôn Eifion, Lôn Ardudwy, Llwybr Mawddach), Lôn Las Menai and Lôn Las Ogwen) and the Sustrans routes, Route 5 along the north coast and Route 8 south from Bangor.
