Fr. John Bartunek, LC, STD, splits his time between Michigan, where he continues his writing apostolate and assists at Our Lady Queen of the Family Retreat Center in Oxford, and Rome, where he teaches theology at the Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum. He is the author of several books, including The Better Part and Inside the Passion: An Insider's Look at the Passion of the Christ. Fr. Bartunek became a member of the Catholic Church in 1991, was ordained a Catholic priest in 2003, and earned his doctorate in moral theology in 2010. His online retreats are available at RCSpirituality.org, and he answers questions about the spiritual life at SpiritualDirection.com.
Life keeps us hopping, and it's easy to get buried in a screen, a task, or a long list of things that keep us away from God. Fr. Bartunek has expertly tapped into God's creation with his Spring Meditations. You'll find yourself turning to God -- and even looking for God -- in new places and new ways. This is a devotional I'll be using, reusing, and sharing!--Sarah Reinhard "author and blogger, SnoringScholar.com" (12/4/2015 12:00:00 AM)
