H. Kent Sundling, (Mr.Truck), spent his first 30 years on the farm.
In high school, Sundling sorted cattle after school for local
farmers, ditch loading his Quarter Horse in the back of his pickup
truck. Over a million miles towing large trailers and wearing out
trucks on the farm, led to his next career selling trucks in Denver
for 10 years. Auto buyer for AAA Auto Club selling all brands and
Internet truck sales at a dealership involved Mr.Truck in his first
website in 1999. Ford Motor managers named Sundling, “Mr.Truck”
when they picked him one of the top 4 truck salesman in the
country. For Ford, Mr.Truck did live truck training on FordStar TV
and some truck training videos. Ten years later, on to automotive
journalism, Mr.Truck built a couple dozen websites about towing
trailers and started his truck and trailer review column in horse
and farm magazines. As part of the national press, Mr.Truck gets
invited to new truck media launches and horse trailer factories for
review.

Kent's writing style is way more than entertaining, it is
information you can't get from anywhere else. This guy knows more
about trucks than anyone I know. If you own a truck, or want to,
this is required reading.

From an agriculture perspective, Kent Sundling and Andre Smirnov
make sure to include the needs of farmers and ranchers when talking
trucking, something that the average city writer might gloss over,
but the Truck Nuts wouldn’t dare forget. Sundling and Smirnov talk
complicated auto topics in an accessible, funny way that even truck
novices can chuckle at and appreciate. To take a line from the
experts, "Let the pickup truck love affair continue!”
