About the Author

Rev. Dr. Jamesetta Ferguson serves as Senior Pastor of St. Peter's United Church of Christ, Louisville. It is there that she focuses on the church's call to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a diversity of men and women who have not yet found the Lord. Pastor Ferguson leads in the church's vision to plant and cultivate seeds of necessity in our community through spiritual guidance and community partnerships, continuously seeking opportunities to educate, inform and empower the congregation and community. Pastor Ferguson is married to Minister and Deacon Levie Ferguson, two children: Au'yana Lee & Guante'; a son-in law, Dion Lee; four grandchildren: Legend, Kennedy, Justice and Masiah.
