This cookbook has everything I was looking for - animal-free, simple-to-follow recipes that taste great and will impress your friends and family! The book is helpfully section into brunches, mains, snacks, and has quite a large dessert and sweet section! Everything I have made from this cookbook has been delicious. Additionally, the book is very enjoyable to read - it's full of little anecdotes and stories from the author. I highly recommend this cookbook to anyone!
"Other Information: colour Illustrations throughout". This is not correct. I was expecting colourful glossy pictures of the food but there were none. The book is excellent in terms of content but I am really disappointed with appearance of the inside of the book as it is plain and boring. I purchased this as a gift but it looks cheap and I'm tempted not to give it now.
Extremely dissappointing that there are no photos of the finished dishes. Very miss leading in this respect. It gets totally boring reading the receipes without a visual reference. Good receipes but not what you are expecting from a cook book. For the price you pay I expect more from the author or at least letting you know that there are no photos of the receipes in the book.
