Sue Cross is Associate Director of Primary Care Nursing for Bedfordshire & Hertfordshire NHS Trust. She also runs an asthma and allergy clinic in general practice in Bedfordshire. Dave Burns RGN, Cert Ed, RNT, BA (Hons) is National Training Manager at the Respiratory Education and Training Centre and Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Health at Edge Hill, Ormskirk. He qualified as a nurse in 1980 and has been teaching since 1989.
