Reviews

'David Chapman is the ideal guide for a ramble in one of Cornwall's most beautiful areas.' (Western Morning News, 22.04.14) 'what he [David Chapman] produces has a quality about it that makes it instantly accessible. ... This book invites the reader to put on their boots and head out for the day... so what are you waiting for?' (My Cornwall, June/July 2014, Vol 2, Issue 24) 'the latest "Pocket Cornwall" title from the excellent Penzance-based Alison Hodge publishers. ... The superb photographs included with each route will tempt the walker to travel down the A30 and step out into this atmospheric area of Cornwall.' (Cornish and Devon Post, 04.09.14) 'a real journey of discovery because David Chapman has the happy knack of being able to make a fascinating image out of the unexpected... . It seamlessly knits his easy-to-read text and high quality images into a magical mosaic of The Lizard peninsula, drawn together into a top-drawer presentation which is now the norm with an Alison Hodge publication.' (Old Cornwall, vol XIV, no 11, Autumn 2014)
