About the Author

Carol Matas is an acclaimed author of more than 40 books for children and young adults. Her work covers the gamut of genres, from historical fiction to fantasy, science fiction to contemporary. Her best-selling books have won numerous awards and been published all over the world in more than a dozen languages.
