About the Author

Jade Elizabeth started out like many people, with no self-esteem or self-worth. She believed she was the only one who felt that way. One day she read a book that changed everything. She realized for the first time she had to start loving herself for who she was and not look to others for validation. This took her on a journey of self-discovery and years of study and healing. Her credentials are: Intuitive Healer; Reiki Master/Teacher; Hypnotherapist; Master in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); T.I.M.E. techniques; and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT).
