This book is written in a workbook type format. I think that is very unique for a book of this nature to be written that way. Instead of just telling a tale of a haunted house, Rick Hayes and K. Coons actually try to help others who may be going through a similar experience. Every chapter has a section where the reader can write his or her own notes on what they have learned, giving the reader an easy reference guide. Written by every day people for every day people makes it an easy read that is hard to put down. K. Coon's story is not a tale of ghostly terror, but rather a tale of acceptance and understanding. Rick Hayes' interpretation of things at the end of the chapters helps us to understand why the spirits want to make contact with us and that they are not dangerous. If something similar is happening to you, then this book is a must-read. It will help you to understand that You're Not Crazy, You Have A Ghost!
