I don't know about you but i personally hate having to chop onions and garlic as they stain my hands and make them smell not to mention the fact that my eyes constantly run during the chopping of the onions. Now though i don't have to worry since i received this as a present from my very thoughtful husband. This machine does it all you can make a lovely pesto in it, chop onions and garlic. If you don't have the time for bashing out your herbs in a mortar and pestle then this really is the gadget for you. i personally wouldn't be without it in our house.
