Help Desk - Refunds and Returns
My order has been cancelled. Where's my refund?
Refunds are usually processed within 2-3 working days of your order being cancelled, but please allow up to 5 working days before contacting us if you haven't received your refund.
If you paid by Credit Card:
Please allow a few days for the refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If we are unable to process your refund due to an expired credit card, the amount will be refunded to your Fishpond account. We will notify you by email if this is the case.
If you paid by Paypal:
Your payment will be refunded through Paypal. Paypal will send you an email to notify you when the refund has been processed.
