Includes food staples, grocery lists, meal plans, and macro info. I like the wide variety of recipes, especially the jar salad and cheesy zucchini. The recipes are written very awkwardly. They should have the amount of the ingredient followed by the name of the ingredient with less detail included. For example: 1\2 cup organic full fat yougart. The way it is stated in the book is backwards and too wordy. Other that that, it is a great book to get a better understanding of the Keto program.- BethI marked just about every recipe in this cookbook. Most ingredients can be easily found in your supermarket. Instructions are clear.- Davis
