AUTHOR'S QUICK BIOGRAPHY: Coy Holley is a graduate of Lockney High School in Lockney, TX; South Plains College in Levelland, TX; and Eastern New Mexico University in Portales, NM. Mr. Holley has previously written for such entities as the New Mexico MICLine and the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal. He has also previously served as the Contributing Editor for Texas Culture and Politics and the Managing Editor for Asia, Africa, South America, and Other Regions for Suite101.com. Mr. Holley has been a baptized member of Grace Communion International for over 20 years and has assisted in various "restorative justice" ministry-related endeavors.
