By the age of 23, she made a massive changes in her life by choosing the right food to keep her healthy. She is now an experienced Chef & Author. She started writing cookbooks during her high school to help other people her age with eating problems. She focused on writing recipes that can change individuals health and wellness. It started when she tried to help herself getting out of weight problems. It then became her passion to help others as well. She attended different cooking classes and developed her own twists of recipes that are not only delicious but also helped provide health benefits. Throughout her career, she has contributed to several cookbooks. She is always been fascinated by writing nutritional meals. She now mostly spent her time cooking and writing health and wellness books. She is an advocate of healthy living by preparing and consuming healthy foods. During her free time, she cooks delicious and healthy meals for her family and relatives. She also enjoys running and getting a regularly workout in their local gym.
