About the Author

Frank has been training for 26 years in the Shotokan System. He teaches 25 classes per week. Runs his own association and leads the campaign on safety based on over 1000 workshops completed, and having been attacked on two occasions with a knife! He is also a fully qualified commercial pilot and has received military training with knives. He now spends his time teaching safety to all ages via his books and DVD.
