About the Author

P.G.Rob is an author and Illustrator with an International Award for drawing [New York]. She has edited illustrated and sometimes authored over 30 childrens 'books, most of which are set in New Zealand. Recently she has been developing stories with a European setting and this is the first in a series about Captain Bear and his canalboat, the Marie Grace and the crew of of animal friends. This series came out of several voyages [ which continue] on canalboats in Europe.
