About the Author

Zeynal Ibrahimov was born in 1956 in Baku, Azerbaijan. He is a journalist. Mr. Ibrahimov was a correspondent and an editor at the Azerbaijan State Television and Radio until 1993. From 1991 Mr. Ibrahimov worked for the Partito Radicale Nonviolento Transnazionale e Transpartito, a United Nations NGO, and from 2002 to 2011 he was a member of its General Council.
