Julian Mann has held a lifelong interest in spirituality. After receiving profound spiritual insights, he suddenly became a poet overnight. Words from a source beyond his everyday awareness flooded through him and onto the page with such rapidity that, despite having a very busy life, he has now written two books and over 250 in the space of two years. It normally only takes him as long as it takes to type each poem, with rhyming verse taking just a little longer, this is because his poems come through from the silent place before form, before the intellect. The words literally flow out instantaneously once he has made a connection to the deep inner wisdom that lies in the silence within us all. Although he has studied numerous spiritual teachings over the course of his adult life, learning about the Three Principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought, as uncovered by the late Sydney Banks, is what made the big difference to his level of awareness. He felt compelled to share his insights through poetry, which has the power to use metaphor to describe the 'Unexplainable Truth' of our being.
