About the Author

Amy Pollien studied printmaking and industrial design at the Philadelphia College of Art with Michael Lasuchin and William Daley. She has exhibited at the Philadelphia Sketch Club, Rutgers University, and the Center for Maine Contemporary Art, among others. Her work is included in The Art of Maine Winter by Carl Little and Arnold Skolnick. Amy lives on an island off the coast of Maine and keeps bees. She is represented by Dowling-Walsh Gallery in Rockland, Maine.
