Reviews

"I was privileged to film my family in pursuit of our ancestors and their life experiences while making episode 5 of the national PBS series Ancestors....Karl Beckstrand is tapping into the most powerful interest on the planet--the hunger to know who we are and where we come from!...The greatest story...for young and old alike. - Jeff Gallup, producer"It's a sweet and delightful read that teaches three powerful lessons: courage, family, and faith. The story is vividly descriptive. It takes you there. Highly recommended." - Ana R. Serrano, author"I bought [Anna's Prayer] to read to my grandchildren. Within the first few pages we were drawn into Anna's...plight and...the miracle that followed! This book is a timeless, invaluable gift of faith." - Patricia Potts, author of My Journey from Darkness to Light"A sweet story about trust in a Father who cares for us wherever we are, and an eye-opening peek into the difficulties our ancestors faced in coming [to America], in a context perfect for children to understand." - Rachel Ramey, Titus2homemaker.com"What a wonderful book! We all have trials and tribulations. This book is a beautiful expression of one person's trials and how she uses her faith to persevere. This book is wonderfully written and illustrated and will touch the heart of all who read it." - Diane Sebra, author
