Stephen P. Hinshaw is a professor of psychology at the University
of California, Berkeley and the vice-chair of psychology at UC San
Francisco. He is the author of several books, including The Mark of
Shame: Stigma of Mental Illness and an Agenda for Change, the first
book in the United States on mental illness stigma. His research
has been covered in the New York Times, the Washington Post, Time,
the Economist, and the Wall Street Journal, among other
publications.
Sean Pratt, a working actor for over twenty-five years, has
performed at numerous regional theaters around the country. He is
the author of To Be or Wanna Be, and he has recorded over seven
hundred books in just about every genre, earning eight AudioFile
Earphones Awards and four Audie Award nominations.
