Alice lives in East Hertfordshire with her two small children who
provide lots of inspiration for her work. She writes for children
of all ages but is particularly passionate about picture books.
Alice is fantastic at events and particularly enjoys visiting
schools.
Alice is a proactive SCBWI member.

Durst has been drawing ever since she could hold a pencil. She has
a passion for children’s book illustration. When she is not
drawing, she may be found playing the accordion or putting on
shadow puppet shows. She lives in Toronto, Canada with her grumpy
mini dachshund named Chili Dog.
